My next stop after Budapest was Romania, and on my way to Bucharest I passed through the small city of Timisoara and stayed for a few days to attend a festival there.
There I met Alex, a 26 year old Brit with a remote job who had decided to buy and renovate a maintainance van and, christening it Bessie, travel around Europe in it.
