Istanbul is a massive, beautiful, chaotic mishmash of cultures, peoples and histories, and one of the ways that this is best exemplified is through it’s food scene.
In my opinion, it’s one of the best food cities in the world, and one night me and a friend of mine decided to take an impromptu food tour through Taksim Square, the city’s street food and nightlife district. That night stands as one of the best eating nights of my entire 7 month trip.
